Beginner Phase 2 Potter’s Wheel Course

It is expected that you have completed our Beginner 1 starter course or have previous experience with wheel throwing. If this is your first class ever, we strongly encourage you to start with our Beginner 1 wheel course where you will learn the basics and mechanics of wheel throwing. Participants will need to know how to center and pull up walls. This class includes: 1- 25lb bag of clay 6 instructed 2-hour classes Practice time during open hours. Access to studio made glazes Over the six-week duration, the focus will be on: Throwing taller/ bigger forms Lidded Vessels Throwing "Off the Hump" Detailed techniques for glazing.
