Glazing for days

JOHN BRITT WORKSHOP

John Britt, an accomplished ceramic, glaze artist and author of two highly regarded publications, “The complete Guide to Mid-Range Glazes” and “The Complete Guide to High-Fire Glazes” hosted a 3 day workshop at MIY.

His studio, John Britt Pottery, is located in Bakersville NC and it is there he perfects his glazes and style of pottery. Throughout the years, he has been invited to many pottery studios around the country to hold workshops on glazing. These workshops fill up quickly and early in 2020, we were honored to be able to host him at MIY Ceramics. The 3-day workshop turned out to be a highly successful.
