RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Deposits / Refunds
We require 25% deposit to hold a space for any event. The deposit holds the space, date, time, and covers preparation for the event. The deposit will be forfeited if we are not notified of a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
Deposits on repairs and or commissions are nonrefundable.
Refunds, after approval, can take 10 to 14 business days.
For items that are purchased from our webshop, refunds must be accessed on an individual basis.
Concerning Refunds from a Groupon:
Only the Groupon company can process a refund for a Groupon.
Groupon cancelation policy
In compliance with CDC recommended guidelines, MIY has had to make some changes to our Groupon policies. To keep our senior members and guests safe we have reduced the size of our classes. Because of this change, our classes are in demand and fill up quickly.
Groupon vouchers will be redeemed at the time the of class reservation.
We must be notified 48 hours before a scheduled class or the value of the Groupon will be forfeited.
