Day of Fun Clay|Pottery Arts and Crafts Ceramics Studio Parties
You can use our studio facilities in Hollywood, Florida to host a team building activity, a social or business event, group meeting, birthday, family reunion or holiday festivity. You'll have fun as you make functional & decorative pottery pieces. To make your pieces, you have the choice of leaning to throw on the potter's wheel or learning the different handbuilding techniques used to shape clay. No pottery skills or prior pottery experience is needed.
At the party you get a short studio tour, a brief explanation of the clay material properties, an overview of the tools used to shape clay, a demo on how to use the pottery wheel or of the different handbuilding techniques, followed by a 'hands-on' session to make pottery. Participants get coaching from our staff in order to complete at least one ceramic piece, like a coffee mug, bowl or vase, to remember the occasion.

Looking for something out of the ordinary for your next birthday, reunion or gathering? We host parties where people relax and have fun as they make pottery from mud. At paint stores or cafés you have only one choice (selecting mass produced pottery pieces made by someone else to paint them). At our studio you can do likewise, but you also have the option of making your own pottery pieces out of raw clay (don't worry, we teach you how to make them). Next you pick the colors you like and we glaze your creations. You also have the option of coming back to the studio to hand paint the pieces you made that day and truly have a paint your own pottery experience. You'll throw simple pieces on a pottery wheel and learn basic skills to finish your pieces with our help. To really learn, you should attend a clay/pottery arts and crafts ceramic studio class and invest some time practicing.
