Dichroic Glass Fusing Arts And Crafts Studio Day of Fun Parties
Try something unique for your next family reunion, girls' night out, business event, etc. - host a glass party at our studio and make dichroic glass jewelry and glass artwork! Dicroic glass is a highly luminous multicolor material with multiple patterns and textures. It is used by glass artists as a hot design element to make fine glass work.
At a party we give you an overview of dichroic glass & techniques, an explanation of artistic glass layering patterns, a demo of glass cutting, followed by a "hands-on" session to make glass pieces. The projects include two small dicroic glass jewelry pieces (pendants, barrettes, rings, belt buckles, etc.) or one large regular fusible glass piece (sushi plate, serving platter, decorative tile, etc.). The pieces will make unique birthday, family, wedding and holiday gifts.
If you want a more in-depth glass experience, we teach a warm glass fusing art and craft fused jewelry artwork class where glass fusing is covered in greater details. We also teach lampworking|flameworking hot glass torch beading art classes.

Price: $45-$60 person for 3 hours of studio time, instruction, use of tools, help so everyone finishes their pieces, materials & firing the pieces made by the group. Minimum of four people. You may bring your own decorations, beverages and food. We can also cater your party at an additional charge.
