Pottery Arts and Crafts for FundRaising Auctions and Charities
Charities, religious and social groups, local schools and non-profit organizations frequently commission pottery pieces for auctioning in fund raising events. We support their objectives by working closely with them to create attractive designs that generate interest in our clay artwork pieces pieces and motivate higher bids during the auctions.
If you are a registered non-profit institution, we will donate our profit in the commission by charging only for material plus labor to make the pieces. We will also help you maximize the success of your fund raising event by setting up a pottery wheel at your auction location and conducting a demonstration on pottery making using one of our artists.
The picture on your right shows an assortment of bowls commissioned by a local church for a communal soup fund raising auction held on June 11, 2007. The participants in the event bid for a bowl of their liking before proceeding to the soup line. The fact that no two bowls were alike greatly contributed to the success of the auction.
